Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains our position on cancellations and refunds. Flight Air Service LLC provides travel information and assistance. Where a booking is held by an airline, agent or other provider, the terms of that provider apply to any cancellation or refund.

1. General cancellation principles
Cancellation outcomes depend on what was purchased and from whom. A ticket issued by an airline is governed by that airline's fare conditions. A booking made through an agent is governed by that agent's terms in addition to the airline's rules.
We do not set, override or guarantee the cancellation terms of any third party, and we cannot cancel a third-party booking on your behalf.
2. Refund eligibility
Whether a refund is available depends primarily on the fare or product conditions, on who cancelled, and on the reason for the cancellation. A cancellation initiated by an airline is commonly treated differently from a cancellation requested by a traveler.
Some fares are non-refundable. In those cases certain taxes and charges may still be returnable, because they are only payable if travel takes place.
3. Airline and provider rules
Airlines publish fare rules for each ticket type. These rules determine whether changes and cancellations are permitted, what they cost, and what form any value takes. We describe how these rules generally work in our guides, but the authoritative source is always the provider that issued your ticket.
4. Fare restrictions
Restricted fares may prohibit changes, prohibit refunds, require travel on specific dates, or require that flights are used in the order booked. Skipping a segment can result in the remaining segments being cancelled by the airline.
5. Fees
Where a change or cancellation is permitted, a fee may apply under the fare rules. A separate fare difference may also apply when moving to a different flight. These are two distinct amounts and both are set by the provider, not by us.
6. Processing considerations
Refunds are processed by the party that received your payment. If you paid an agent, the airline generally cannot refund you directly. Processing times depend on the provider, the payment method and your bank.
We do not publish fixed refund timelines because we do not control them. Ask the company holding your payment for their stated timeframe and keep the reference number they give you.
7. Changes instead of cancellation
On many tickets a date change costs less than cancelling and rebooking. If there is a reasonable chance you will still travel, it is worth comparing both before cancelling, since a cancellation is usually not reversible.
8. Non-refundable services
Certain services are commonly non-refundable once provided or once a deadline has passed. Examples include some seat selections, priority services, insurance premiums after a cooling-off period, and promotional fares.
9. Third-party services
Accommodation, car hire, transfers, tours and insurance purchased from other companies are subject to those companies' own cancellation policies, which frequently differ from airline rules and may have earlier deadlines.
10. How to request a cancellation or refund
Contact the company that issued your booking, quoting your booking reference. Ask for written confirmation of the cancellation and of any refund or credit agreed, including any reference number.
- Identify who issued the ticket or booking
- Review the fare or product conditions
- Submit the request through that provider's stated process
- Keep written confirmation and reference numbers
- Follow up in writing if the stated timeframe passes
11. Important limitations
Flight Air Service LLC does not guarantee any specific refund outcome, amount or timeline, and does not accept responsibility for decisions made by airlines or other providers. Information on this website is general and may not reflect the conditions of your particular booking.
