What we do

Travel plans change more often than people expect. A schedule shifts, a connection gets tight, a fare rule turns out to be stricter than it looked at checkout. Our library covers what to do in those moments: how to read fare conditions, when a change beats a cancellation, how to handle delays and missed connections, what to expect with baggage, and how to prepare for a destination properly.

What we do not do

We do not sell tickets, hold reservations or act as your agent with an airline. When a booking needs to be changed or refunded, that request goes to whoever issued it. Our role is to make sure you know what to ask for, what it should cost and what evidence to keep.

Articles are written by our editorial team, based on published airline and airport practice and on the questions travelers actually send us. Rules change, so every guide tells you to confirm the specifics with the airline or authority that sets them.
